Terms of service

AI Team is a product/service operated by Akii Technologies, Ltd, Innovation One, No IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms summarize the public service model; signed agreements, order forms, and DPAs can add or override details.

Version and contracting identity

Effective 2026-06-25. AI Team is the brand; Akii Technologies, Ltd is the operating entity for implementation purposes.

Final contract language can vary by signed order form, custom scope, jurisdiction, and legal review.
Public pages must not be read as a claim that every possible UAE or regulated workflow is supported.
Strong compliance claims require legal or DPO approval before publication.

Service model

Clients hire AI Team-managed AI Agents for defined ordinary business workflows.

The binding service scope is the confirmed setup, checkout, invoice, order form, or signed agreement.
AI Team may update Agent build details, model routes, prompts, tools, and runbooks to improve reliability and safety.
No Agent goes live until setup, compliance screening, access review, approval rules, pass-through costs, deployment QA, and go-live evidence are complete.

Excluded work

AI Team does not target or standard-onboard healthcare providers, medical workflows, regulated financial firms, or regulated financial workflows.

Excluded examples include diagnosis, treatment, triage, patient workflows, banking, lending, insurance, investment, credit decisions, regulated payment activity, and regulated advice.
Public sector, education/minors, legal privileged data, residency-sensitive work, sensitive data, and high-impact HR require manual review.
AI Team may reject, pause, or re-scope work when a client request crosses these boundaries.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate setup information, lawful access, approved rules, escalation contacts, data-quality inputs, and timely reviews.

Clients must maintain rights to connected data, inboxes, CRMs, ecommerce accounts, payment tools, HR systems, and other third-party systems.
Clients must not provide credentials, secrets, medical records, regulated finance records, or full customer exports through public forms or operator notes.
Clients remain responsible for business decisions, legal obligations, customer commitments, and human approvals where required.

Pricing and pass-through costs

Setup fees, recurring subscriptions, custom scope, taxes, third-party usage, failed payments, cancellation timing, refunds, and credits follow the applicable agreement.

Third-party API, data, voice, email, enrichment, ads, SMS, storage, and model usage can require client-owned accounts or pass-through budgets.
Spend caps, warning thresholds, stop rules, and escalation paths must be approved before production use.
High-risk, high-volume, manual-review, or custom workflows may move into Managed / Custom pricing or be declined.

Agent boundaries

Agents do not guarantee revenue, rankings, savings, deliverability, conversions, compliance outcomes, or uninterrupted provider access.

Agents can draft, classify, route, research, summarize, and recommend within approved scope.
Humans remain responsible for final decisions where required by law, contract, policy, risk, or AI Team approval rules.
AI Team may pause an Agent when outputs, provider behavior, credentials, approval paths, or cost controls become unsafe.

Suspension and termination

AI Team may suspend or terminate service when continued operation creates legal, security, platform, reputation, billing, compliance, or operational risk.

Examples include credential abuse, spam, platform policy violations, unpaid invoices, unlawful data use, or attempts to bypass approval controls.
Where practical, AI Team will provide notice and a remediation path before termination.
After termination, export, retention, deletion, access revocation, and billing closeout follow the applicable agreement.
